German Soldier in 1 35th scale - Historical Vignette

This is a historical vignette that portrays a German Soldier in Defense of the Motherland, on the last Days of the Reich and it is painted with oil paints over the enamels base coat. The German 7.5cm Infantry Gun IG 18 comes from ESCI and the figure from Verlinden Productions. The figure is made from resin and the gun from plastic (in kit form discontinued). The figure is strongly fitted to a wooden varnished base that represent a forest environment . The tree is a handmade kit from a well know company. The painting of the camouflage pattern of the uniform has been done using a special technique (oils over enamel base coat).
The colors' selection has been made after historical research, so that the result is as close as possible to the German Soldier wearing camouflage uniforms(Parka) of the ERA (end of WWII).
This particular model is a collectible and It makes a great gift for any history lover and collector.


Measurements: 13cm X 16cm X 10.5cm (lenght x height x depth) (with base).
